POWER SEAL WB-GLOSS is a 2-part, water reducible, crystal clear, aliphatic urethane. It is a high performance clear coating that can be used inside or out to protect and enhance any properly prepared concrete surface. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSS cleans up with sodium bicarbonate and water and is as easy to apply as it is to clean up afterwards.
POWER SEAL WB-GLOSS has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance providing a high gloss finish. The mild odor makes it ideal for interior applications. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSS will not yellow and will form a very hard protective coating for high traffic areas, counter tops, decorative concrete and brick pavers. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSS can be used over epoxy flooring, garage floors, anywhere that high durability and superior chemical resistance is required. Always test surface compatibility first
POWER SEAL WB-WET SHEEN-PLUS is a water borne, environmentally friendly, protective finish, designed to seal and enhance the color of concrete pavers, leaving a “wet-look” sheen. This product penetrates the concrete paver surface and produces a tough, durable, clear film that will enhance the pavers’ color like its solvent-based counterparts. POWER SEAL WB-WET SHEEN-PLUS binds joint sand and protects against water damage, staining and UV ray damage. This product provides mold and mildew protection and tremendous resistance against wear from both foot and vehicular traffic. POWER SEAL WB-WET SHEEN-PLUS may be applied to damp pavers which allows for same day cleaning and sealing.
RECOMMENDED USES: For use on properly prepared concrete, brick pavers, slate, Saltillo tiles and clay roof tiles. DO NOT APPLY TO PAINTED SURFACES
POWER SEAL SB-GLOSS solvent-based sealer is formulated from 100% acrylic resins. At 32% solids, POWER SEAL SB-GLOSS sealer is higher in solid content than most conventional concrete sealers and is V.O.C. compliant (except CA & OTC).
POWER SEAL SB-GLOSS sealer provides water and UV light resistance with excellent adhesion to a variety of substances. POWER SEAL SB-GLOSS is designed to protect and beautify interlocking brick pavers and all other properly prepared concrete surfaces.
POWER SEAL WB-REPEL PLUS is a professional grade water-based, silicone/acrylic solution designed to impart water repellency, stain resistance and mold/mildew protection to a wide variety of concrete aggregate surfaces. This advanced formula’s silicone component reacts with the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to form an insoluble water repellant within 24-72 hours after application while the acrylic provides for the most advanced biocide to launch unparalleled protection from mold, mildew and algae.
RECOMMENDED USES: For use on properly prepared, uncoated concrete walls, foundations, pre-cast concrete blocks, paver bricks, roof tiles and most aggregate surfaces.
POWER SEAL WB-NATURAL STONE is a 1-part water-borne, silane-siloxane emulsion designed to impart water repellency and stain resistance to a wide variety of uncoated natural stone, concrete walls, foundations, pre-cast concrete and aggregate surfaces that have been properly prepared. POWER SEAL WB-NATURAL STONE cleans up with sodium bicarbonate and water and is as easy to apply as it is to clean up afterwards. POWER SEAL WB-NATURAL STONE has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance and is a natural finish. The mild odor makes it ideal for interior applications. POWER SEAL WB-NATURAL STONE will not yellow and will form a very hard protective coating for high traffic areas, counter tops, decorative concrete and brick pavers. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER is an alternative to traditional, one-part, pre-catalyzed waterborne epoxy finishes. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER is a waterborne, extremely durable, easy to use, single component acrylic/hybrid which offers many of the high-performance characteristics expected from the traditional two-component epoxies without the odor, pre-mixing, pot life and application difficulties inherent in these products. In addition, unlike traditional one- and two-part epoxies, POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER resists yellowing and discoloration of the dried film. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER is designed for use as a protective finish and provides a hard, durable, mildew resistant and abrasion resistant film. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER also provides resistance to hot tires.
RECOMMENDED USES: For properly prepared, concrete driveways, garage floors, patios, walkways, pool decks, warehouse floors, pavers, natural stone, brick, block, masonry walls, cement tile roofs, fiberglass doors, wood substrates, composite decking and siding. POWER SEAL WB-GLOSSER is for interior and exterior use. MUST CHECK COMPATIBILITY OF THIS PRODUCT IF APPLYING OVER A SEALED SUBSTRATE TO INCREASE THE GLOSS.
POWER SEAL WB SHINGLE is a 100% acrylic sealer that penetrates, conditions and protects asphalt roof shingles. POWER SEAL WB-SHINGLE is designed to adhere loose granules and protect the asphalt shingle surface roof system from water, mold and mildew. This product is forumulated and manufactured in Florida for the Florida climate.
RECOMMENDED USES: For use on new and pre-existing asphalt roof shingles.
POWER SEAL WB-REPEL PLUS-WOOD is a crystal clear, water-based, non-yellowing, water repellant designed to penetrate, seal and protect exterior wood surfaces from water damage. POWER SEAL WB-REPEL PLUS-WOOD employs silicone technology which produces long lasting water repellency, and resists mold and mildew growth with proper maintenance.
RECOMMENDED USES: For use on most exterior wood surfaces such as decks, docks, sidings, specialty hardwoods, pressure treated lumber, wood garden furniture, playhouses and log/ timber frame homes.
POWER STRIPPER NATURAL is an environment friendly, biodegradable, low odor sealer/paint stripper designed to remove multiple layers of various types of coatings. POWER STRIPPER NATURAL contains no Methylene Chloride, N-Methyl-Pyrrolidone or caustics. POWER STRIPPER NATURAL performs by penetrating and softening the sealer/paint film. The all natural and biodegradable characteristics make POWER STRIPPER NATURAL easy to use and practical for most stripping applications. POWER STRIPPER NATURAL will not damage tools and equipment like most chemical strippers.
RECOMMENDED USES: POWER STRIPPER NATURAL will remove most sealers, paints and varnishes, both solvent and water based, including latex products, acrylics, alkyds, stains, lacquers, urethanes, epoxies and more. It may be applied to virtually any substrate and will not damage the substrate.
